Skill Content: All targets of network traffic to be analyzed can be categorised into some issues of network security. If it can not be categorised, that must be a new item to study, otherwise it might be an issue of security.
Skill Description: Network Security and Network Management are different issues to solve. The network security issue is a threat (crisis) to clear and the network management issue is a resource problem to negotiate. If there is a new issue can not be categorised into exist security items, we can append a new security category item but we should make sure it is not a management issue otherwise we will confuse the priority of security and management.
In some cases, network management problems, such as packet loss and retransmission caused by network congestion, may be misjudged as a network attack phenomenon in network packet analysis. Therefore, we need to clarify whether such network problems are attributable to information security problems or network management problems?
